Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. It's permanent, not a trial — no card required, and it covers analytics only, not the email engine.
What do I need to do to set it up?
Install the app. Your data syncs automatically, and you can add your product costs whenever you want to see true profit instead of just revenue.
Do I need to configure DNS or a sending domain?
No. Paid plans send from a pre-authenticated address by default. Using your own sending domain is optional.
Where does my customer data come from?
Your own Shopify store. There's no list upload, and we never send to purchased or scraped lists.
How do you handle unsubscribes and bounces?
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Bounces, complaints and unsubscribes are suppressed automatically.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Sending and data collection stop immediately. Your data is purged 30 days later.
Do you work with anything other than Shopify?
No. Shopify only.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
